Sales Representative (Female, Arabic Speaker) – Cosmetics Industry

Job Description:
A leading cosmetics company in Sharjah is seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetic products through different sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Must be willing to work in Sharjah (candidates should either reside in or be ready to relocate to Sharjah).
