Sales Representative – Field Operations

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team. This role involves daily on-ground prospecting in industrial zones. You will be responsible for identifying SMEs, conducting first-level qualification, and supporting new business development by passing qualified leads to the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily prospecting activities across various industrial zones.
  • Identify SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) and perform initial lead qualification.
  • Support the Business Development team by passing qualified leads and contributing to the sales pipeline.
  • Engage with factories, warehouses, and production units to understand client needs.
  • Develop new business in the market and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field/B2B sales (preferably in FMCG or related industries).
  • Comfortable visiting factories, warehouses, and production units.
  • Strong Arabic communication skills (English is a plus).
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured field visits.
  • Direct responsibility for developing new business in the market.
