Sales Representative - Interior Design & Engineering Construction

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Interior Design and Engineering Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge in Abu Dhabi, an established client network, and a proven track record of closing projects. This role operates on a percentage/commission basis, offering high earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in interior design and construction projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers in Abu Dhabi
• Promote company services including fit-out works, interior design solutions, and engineering construction
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in Abu Dhabi

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven sales experience in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
• Background in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Engineering Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi market
• Existing client base or strong business development capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Compensation

• Commission / Percentage-Based (Project Value Based)

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
