Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specialized in premium Levantine food products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern commodities, specifically olive oil, artisanal cheeses, nuts, and traditional pantry staples. Your primary goal will be to expand our market presence within the grocery and supermarket sectors, ensuring our products are prominently featured and preferred by consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail accounts, including local grocery stores, specialty boutiques, and large supermarket chains.
• Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on our Levantine range (e.g., Cold-pressed Olive Oil, Za'atar, Halloumi, Labneh, and premium nuts), educating retailers on quality, origin, and usage.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with store managers and category buyers to secure optimal shelf space and promotional opportunities.
• Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards, monitoring stock levels, and managing rotations to guarantee freshness.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets within the assigned territory.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends within the grocery sector and provide regular feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven experience working with grocery shops and supermarkets is essential.
• Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Levantine/Middle Eastern food culture and products (Cheese, Oils, Spices, and Nuts).
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently.
