National Sales Director – Healthcare SaaS

Never Alone | Remote (Prefer Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA)
50% Travel Required

Never Alone is a healthcare technology company transforming care delivery for seniors and post‑acute populations through always‑on telehealth and clinical support. Our 24/7 care platform helps senior living communities, SNFs, home health agencies, and provider groups improve outcomes, reduce unnecessary hospital transfers, and confidently support “treat‑in‑place” care.

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a strong National Sales Director to drive new enterprise and mid‑market B2B revenue across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting discovery demo proposal negotiation

  • Sell the Never Alone SaaS platform to SNFs, AL/IL communities, ACOs, health systems, home health, and hospice organizations
  • Build and manage a strong national pipeline using HubSpot
  • Deliver compelling, tailored demos that speak to clinical, operational, and financial value
  • Navigate multi‑stakeholder deals with C‑suite, clinical leaders, and operators
  • Develop segment‑specific messaging and ROI stories (SNF, AL/IL, ACO, Home Health, Hospice)
  • Represent Never Alone at national conferences and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Operations teams
  • Provide accurate forecasting, territory planning, and clean CRM documentation

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B healthcare tech or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals ($50k+ ACV)
  • Experience selling into post‑acute care (SNF, AL/IL, Home Health, Hospice, ACO) strongly preferred
  • Understanding of value‑based care, ACO models, and post‑acute workflows

  • Comfortable using sales engagement and reporting tools

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
