Sales Representative (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.
  • Manage business development activities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and sales pitches for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
