
Sales Representative (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.

Hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound sales.

Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.

Experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to identify and connect with potential clients.

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.

Manage business development activities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and sales pitches for potential clients.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
