Job Description

Trans Global Services is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative (Outbound Calls) to join our night shift sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to international prospects, promoting services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects as per assigned campaigns
• Present and sell company products/services confidently
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects to close deals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain professional communication and customer handling standards

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in outbound/international sales or call center
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work in night shift
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills

Pay: Rs40.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
