Sales Representative - USA based

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our Truck Dispatch Company. This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore. The Sales Representative will be responsible for finding and communicating with potential truck owner-operators and carriers, presenting our dispatch services, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact truck owners and carriers to offer dispatch services
• Explain company services, rates, and benefits to potential clients
• Generate leads and convert them into active clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and trucking companies
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
• Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure client satisfaction

Note: No remote jobs available. This is an on-site position only.

Salary Structure

• Freshers: 30,000 – 40,000 PKR basic salary
• Experienced Agents: 40,000 – 55,000 PKR basic salary (depending on previous experience)
• Commission opportunities available based on performance

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of trucking or dispatch industry is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a bonus)
