Madi International is a leading distributor in the beauty and cosmetics industry across the Middle East, representing world-class brands and offering innovative solutions to salons, spas, and retailers. We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative-Wholesales to join our team in Oman .

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed wholesale sales targets.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with wholesale customers in line with company policies.
  • Present and promote new and existing product lines through meetings, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key wholesale clients.
  • Provide product education and training to clients to increase sell-through and brand visibility.
  • Monitor client orders, stock levels, and replenishment needs to ensure optimal availability.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging beauty innovations.
  • Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to the product and marketing teams.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Support promotional campaigns, launches, and events targeting wholesale partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry, preferably in wholesale or B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
