Sales Representative With Real Estate Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing professional guidance throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential buyers, sellers, and tenants through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Promote and market available properties to prospective clients.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
• Provide clients with market insights, pricing, and investment advice.
• Negotiate property deals between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to build strong relationships.
• Prepare and manage property listings on real estate portals and company platforms.
• Coordinate with legal teams, brokers, and property developers to complete transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet clients as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM tools.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
