Sales Revenue Specialist

Requirements/Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field

. 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, revenue management, or a similar role

. Experience working with large datasets and data-driven decision-making preferred

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously

. Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

. Strong understanding of KPI management and business performance metrics that drive profitability

. Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, formulas, macros, and Power Query

. Familiarity with SQL or Access highly desired

. Comfort using AI tools for workflow automation, reporting support, data summarization, and forecasting support

Position Summary

The Sales Revenue Specialist plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and profit optimization across the retail sales channel. This individual is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying revenue opportunities, and providing visibility into key metrics that influence sales and profitability.

This role partners closely with field leadership to translate performance insights into action — helping improve sales attainment, conversion, and overall business results at the store level. This individual also supports goal setting and headcount planning to align staffing with business demand and revenue opportunities.

By leveraging data, financial modeling, automation, and AI-enabled tools, the Sales Revenue Specialist helps leaders make smarter, more profitable decisions while improving reporting efficiency and process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Own Profit Boost Sales Program

. Analyze monthly sales and financial performance, across Sales Attainment, Conversion Rates, and EBIT

. Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with RSMs discussing performance gaps and improvement behaviors

. Attend weekly Market calls to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth and profitability

Partner with Field Leadership on Performance Improvement

. Partner with field leaders to implement weekly cadences that improve performance and track results

. Share insights and recommendations that help leaders address performance gaps and improve outcomes

. Support a data-driven approach to decision-making across the field organization

Own Monthly Goal Setting and Quarterly Headcount Planning

. Ensure retail channel goal setting is aligned to performance expectations and business objectives

. Align headcount planning to revenue opportunities and business demand

. Address field goal concerns & headcount requests that occur monthly

Build Tools, Models, and Reporting Enhancements

. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, summarize trends, and improve analytical efficiency

. Build financial models and tools that improve reporting visibility and support decision-making

. Reduce manual reporting through automation and process redesign
