International Sales - Pet Veterinary Business

We are seeking an experienced and driven International Sales professional to lead market development and sales growth in your local region.

Responsibilities

• Market Development & Business Expansion
• Conduct local market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients.
• Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization.
• Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation.
• Coordinate with technical and after sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports.

Qualifications

• Resident in the local market: Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required.
• Sales Experience: Prior sales experience in pet diagnostics, pet healthcare, pet products preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered.
• Industry Connections: Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred; proven sales success is a plus.
• Self Starter: Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters.
