Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive and regional sales plans and strategies for the assigned product section to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve sales strategies.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty within the assigned section.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, including revenue, sales volume, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the Product Sales Senior Manager, highlighting section performance, market insights, and recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and enhance product positioning.
  • Creates and maintains a funnel of opportunities to grow the customer base and increase sales.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
  • Oversee key client accounts and maintain strong relationships with major customers in the assigned section.
  • Address client needs and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews with key clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Follow up the Account for potential and future projects of each customer.
  • Manage daily sales operations, including pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales process optimization.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and support for product launches.
  • Work closely with the Product Sales Senior Manager to align section activities with overall sales goals and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with other sections and departments to ensure cohesive sales efforts and information sharing.
  • Lead and manage the sales team within the section, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture within the team.


Job Requirements:

- Years of experience: 7-10 years of experience in the same filed

- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of Engineering

- Language proficiency: English

- Computer skills: CRM, MS office
