Sales Senior Executive

This role is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of all entry point sales locations including airport kiosks, duty-free outlets, and border sales counters. The manager ensures these sales location run efficiently, deliver outstanding customer service, and achieve revenue, growth, and sales quality targets. This position plays a key role in capturing inbound customers, driving footfall through partnerships, and gaining market shared and maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.

• Bachler’s Degree in Business or Administration equivalent
• The role has a high impact on achieving sales, revenue and customer service targets of the company
• Strategic Partner Contribution to Traffic
• Ensures all issues are reported timely and accurately, and ensure all issues are solved within permitted timeframe.
• Operational level planning and organization is essential to ensure efficient operation and customer service time.
• Must be a Qatari National.
