Sales & Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

Doha, Qatar

● Achieving the assigned sales targets.

● Conduct direct sales in hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and others if required.

● Conduct and support sales demonstrations, product shipments, installations, and services alongside the Technical team.

● Develop and execute a strategy to grow the business by capturing new clients and expanding the current business.

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

● Identifying potential clients, generating leads, and actively participating in sales and services activities to promote the products and services.

● Develop and execute a strategy to grow the business by capturing new clients and expanding the current business.

● Providing technical support to customers, both pre-sales and post-sales, to assist with product selection, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

● Performing regular maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.

● Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales & service reports, and equipment performance for future reference.

● Commitment to the job & to apply company strategies and policies.

● Maintain and be updated on all professional and technical knowledge of products & machines.

● Maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the products & equipment, to be a reliable source of information to our customers, and to close deals.

● Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events, etc.

● Punctuality with regard to due dates and any requested plans.

● Wear appropriate formal attire and adhere to grooming standards.

● Work with other team members of sales and services departments.

● Focus on sales of all handled portfolios of products or devices.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
