Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with both sales and marketing knowledge to strengthen our business development team. The role involves generating and qualifying MQLs, running software product demos, and converting opportunities into deals. The candidate must be confident with CRMs, GHL, and have the ability to engage prospects technically as well as commercially. Its a full time onsite role.
Responsibilities:
● Generate and qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) across multiple channels.
● Conduct product demos (SaaS platforms, CRMs, WordPress, GHL).
● Prepare and present proposals, pricing options, and follow-up communications.
● Work closely with marketing to refine campaigns and improve lead conversion.
● Support pipeline growth through outbound, inbound, and partnerships.
● Maintain CRM data and track opportunity progress.
Requirements:
● 2–4 years in sales or pre-sales for SaaS, CRM, or digital solutions.
● Knowledge of marketing funnels and MQL generation strategies.
● Experience with CRM platforms (GHL required, HubSpot/Zoho a plus).
● Ability to run live software product demos confidently.
Good to have:
● Technical background in SaaS/web tools.
● Excellent communication, persuasion, and client engagement skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
