Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist role within the Operations department, responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing units in assigned areas..

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively search for and identify supply units in assigned areas and categories.
  • Conduct outreach, pitches, and in-person or virtual meetings with potential suppliers.
  • Sell the platform value proposition and close units against defined targets.
  • Own and manage the acquisition pipeline to ensure continuous supply growth.
    • Own unit acquisition targets for specific zones or territories.
    • Build deep market knowledge to identify high-potential supply pockets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven KPIs.
