Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for an Alibaba Sales Executive, located in Sialkot. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing and growing sales through the Alibaba platform, building and maintaining client relationships, responding to customer inquiries promptly, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities will include creating and executing effective sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals and optimize client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales, business development, and effective client communication in online marketplaces like Alibaba.
  • Strong skills in marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
  • Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to refine sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the export industry or familiarity with the e-commerce landscape is a plus.
