Job Title: Telesales Representative

Job Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone calls, introducing our digital marketing services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires good communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and the ability to build interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
• Introduce the company’s digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Web Development, etc.).
• Identify customer needs and explain service benefits.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle basic customer inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales preferred. (Fresher our encourage to apply)
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
