Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team on-site at our office in Lahore District. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. Additional tasks may include contributing to the development of sales strategies and conducting training sessions to enhance team performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Ability to train and coach team members to meet organizational goals
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in the logistics or dispatching industry is advantageous
