Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000/month + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing B2B sales team. This role is centered around working with real estate clients using pre-qualified, warm leads—with no cold calling involved.

As a Sales Specialist, you'll focus on identifying client needs, presenting tailored digital solutions, and building lasting relationships. If you’re passionate about consultative selling and helping businesses thrive, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and SMS communication
  • Understand client pain points and recommend customized digital solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and team-based sales targets
  • Log all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and contribute to service improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and real estate market developments to identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of proven sales experience (Call center/BPO "closer" experience is highly preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and B2B sales techniques is a strong plus
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong team orientation
  • Comfortable with a permanent night shift aligned to North American business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
