Position Overview

We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our B2B sales team on a full-time, on-site night shift. This role involves working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required. You’ll engage with real estate professionals to understand their needs and recommend customized digital solutions that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and SMS
  • Identify client pain points and present tailored digital solutions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to promote retention and upselling
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately log all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve service offerings
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the real estate landscape to spot new opportunities

  • 6 months to 2 years of proven sales experience (B2B or call center "closer" experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM platforms and familiarity with B2B sales practices is a strong advantage
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven
  • Willing and able to work a permanent night shift aligned with U.S./Canada time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
