Location: On-Site
Shift Timing: 6:45 PM – 4:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This B2B sales role specializes in the real estate sector and involves engaging only warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling involved. Your role will focus on understanding client needs and presenting suitable digital solutions that deliver measurable value. If you excel at consultative selling, clear communication, and building lasting client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage communication with prospective clients via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Assess client challenges and recommend relevant digital services to meet their business needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Record all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to support continuous service improvement.
  • Stay informed about real estate industry trends and digital innovations to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO/call center environment as a Closer.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and understanding of the B2B sales cycle is an advantage.
  • Highly driven, goal-focused, and collaborative.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
