Sales Specialist- B2B Real Estate Developer

At Synergy Properties Properties, we specialize exclusively in the sale of Sole & Exclusive Projects, proudly representing developers while fostering strong partnerships with external brokers. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced real estate agents with a proven background in Dubai’s real estate market. Ideally, candidates should have experience working directly with UAE-based developers and possess an extensive broker network. You will play a key role in promoting and selling an exclusive project by collaborating with external brokers to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging briefings and presentations to external brokers, showcasing the unique selling points and investment potential.
  • Utilize a strong broker network to promote and sell the company’s exclusive project
  • Negotiate sales agreements in line with the interests of developers, brokers, and clients.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, legal regulations, and property management principles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and independently drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a strong track record and well-established broker network.
  • Experience working with a UAE-based developer is must.
  • Expertise in conducting high-level presentations and fostering broker collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value sales.
