Job Description: Sales & Outreach Specialist (Construction)
Role: Outbound Sales & Closing Agent
Focus: Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Quantity Takeoff Sales
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Agent to expand our client base of contractors, developers, and builders. Your mission is simple: find construction professionals who need accurate cost estimates and quantity takeoffs, and convince them to send us their project plans for a quote.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls to construction firms and subcontractors.
Closing: Move prospects through the funnel—from the initial introduction to the submission of project drawings.
Objection Handling: Confidently navigate common brush-offs and explain the ROI of outsourcing estimation services.
Pipeline Management: Follow up on leads and maintain a database of active bidding cycles.
Required Skills
Proven Closer: 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (Construction/Real Estate background preferred).
Technical Fluency: Ability to speak the "language" of construction (blueprints, scope of work, bidding).
Resilience: High energy and the ability to maintain a positive attitude through heavy outbound volume.
Efficiency: Excellent time management and CRM documentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
