Our Khalifa Branch is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our Ladies’ Nutrition & Weight Loss Department.

Job Description:
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our nutrition and weight loss programs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, and have a passion for wellness, along with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to promote our weight loss and nutrition programs.
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge, professional communication, and client relationship management.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide a personalized experience for each client, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Support marketing efforts to enhance visibility of our services.

Requirements:

• Arab nationality only (for legal and cultural reasons).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in health, wellness, or fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Passion for promoting healthy living, nutrition, and weight management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment and handle multiple client inquiries.
• Professional appearance.
