Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fresh Graduate Real Estate Sales Specialist position based in Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in finding their ideal properties by understanding their needs and presenting suitable options. Daily responsibilities include fostering relationships with clients, developers, and team members, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends and property listings. You will undergo training to gain in-depth knowledge of the market, sales strategies, and property offerings to provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to understand and meet clients’ needs effectively.
• Experience or knowledge in Brokerage and Sales to facilitate negotiations and close successful deals.
• Familiarity or interest in the Real Estate industry and the ability to develop expertise in the market.
• Capability and openness to undergo Training to excel in real estate sales and master product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and communication platforms is an added advantage.
