About the Role: We are seeking energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our sales team as Sales Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building a career in sales, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to learn about business development and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present and explain products/services to prospects effectively.
• Support senior sales executives in lead generation and client management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn sales techniques and business strategies.
