We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Packaging Sales Specialist with strong knowledge of the packaging and printing industry. The ideal candidate understands materials, production processes, pricing structures, and can confidently manage B2B clients while driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients within FMCG, cosmetics, apparel, and retail sectors
• Develop and manage B2B relationships for custom packaging solutions
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with production for accurate quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and production timelines
• Maintain long-term client accounts and repeat business

Requirements

• Proven experience in packaging / printing sales (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of materials such as rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated, labels, and specialty finishes
• Existing industry network is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
