Your Role:


Sales Specialist - Sustainable Print Solutions - Dubai, U.A.E.


Job Purpose:

Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, marketing lead conversion, and existing account expansion within Dubai's premium business segment.


What You'll Own:


  • New Business Development (20%) : Conduct minimum 3 strategic client presentations per day to decision-makers in premium market segments
  • Marketing Lead Conversion (50%) : Convert qualified marketing-generated leads into long-term managed print partnerships
  • Account Growth (30%) : Expand and retain existing client portfolio while identifying and acquiring similar premium-tier prospects (think Amazon, Majid Al Futtaim, Transguard caliber companies)
  • Organize weekly joint client meetings with sales management for high-potential prospects
  • Achieve target of 5 printer placements per month
  • Present consultative solutions to premium-tier prospects (targeting Amazon, Majid Al Futtaim, Transguard level companies)


Who You Are:


  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in managed print services, printer rentals, software sales, or B2B products sold to IT and Procurement departments
  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license - essential for client visits
  • Consultative sales approach - you understand quality positioning vs. commodity selling
  • CRM proficiency (Odoo experience highly advantageous)
  • Strategic thinker with execution excellence - you see the bigger picture and make it happen

Investment in You:


Total Earning Potential: AED 11,750 - 15,750 per month

  • Base Salary: AED 8,000 - 12,000 (based on experience)
  • Travel Allowance: AED 750
  • Performance Commissions: Up to AED 3,000+ (uncapped for exceptional performers)
