Sales Supervisor

Taskeen is seeking a dedicated and results‑driven Sales Supervisor to spearhead our property‑sales team. In this pivotal role, you will coach and mentor junior consultants, drive deal flow, and uphold Taskeen’s reputation for exceptional client service. You’ll leverage your deep market insight to match buyers with the right branded residential properties, negotiate contracts, and close transactions that maximize value for all parties. By monitoring market trends, refining sales strategies, and fostering lasting client relationships, you’ll play a key part in elevating both team performance and Taskeen’s market presence.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in real‑estate sales or property consulting

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and negotiate favorable terms

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets under tight deadlines

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior agents

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
