General Description

To lead and oversee the sales team at the NBCC Center, ensuring the effective promotion and sale of oncology-related products and services. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for meeting sales targets, mentoring sales representatives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet their individual targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase sales and market share in the oncology sector.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and the introduction of new products/services.
  • Prepare and review sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Handle complex customer complaints or issues that escalate beyond the sales representative level.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Work Experience Requirements

5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the oncology or pharmaceutical sector.

  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
