Job Purpose
To actively sell vehicles, along with accessories and associated warranty, finance, and insurance products, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction and achieving targets set by management To provide assistance to all SEs and Sr SEs
Key Responsibilities
Sales / Sales Process
Follow all steps of the sales process, ie, prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post-sale follow-up
Ensure documentation procedures are performed as laid down by the company and liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process
Report daily activities to the Branch Manager / Area Manager
Achieve sales targets as set by management
Maximise all possible sales opportunities and maintain and grow the existing customer database
Gain comprehensive product knowledge as well as knowledge of competitors’ products
Promote finance and insurance products, determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure appropriateness of the offer
Track and follow up on incomplete sales and make efforts to close them
Coordinate with parts and service teams to present a complete offer to clients
Team Supervision
Supervise the sales team
Support the achievement of business targets
Motivate and energise team performance to meet and exceed set KPIs
Identify opportunities for growth and development of team members
Provide quality monitoring and feedback
Identify obstacles and implement solutions
Foster a strong team spirit
Customer Experience
Consistently exceed customer expectations, creating an exceptional experience during the purchase of a new car
Effectively schedule customer follow-ups, deliveries, and new customer acquisition, utilising strong time management
Assist customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalised and tailored sales experience
Achieve sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service
Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details
Regularly visit key customers to build, grow, and maintain strong relationships
Ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers
Ensure all contact (written, oral, and personal) with customers is conducted in a manner that enhances the company’s reputation
Participate in showroom events and marketing and sales initiatives
Other Related Tasks
Perform other duties as required
Educational Qualification
Diploma or equivalent in a related field
Work Experience
2–3 years of sales experience in the automobile or related industry
Competencies
Computer proficient with strong communication skills
Languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage
