Sales Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in the field of technical services, fit-outs, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the construction and maintenance industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for project confirmation.

• Identify new business opportunities in the technical, fit-out, and renovation sectors.

• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.

• Coordinate with the project and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in technical services, fit-outs, or renovation).

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
