Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor"Real estate" will be responsible for managing the sales process, achieving monthly targets, and guiding clients throughout their property-buying journey. This role focuses on handling leads, conducting site tours, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth sales experience — without supervising a team. The Sales Supervisor will work closely with management to support sales strategies and maintain strong client relationships.



Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor the sales team to drive sales performance.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.

- Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.



Required Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in sales Real estate, preferably in a supervisory role.

-Real estate Experince is a must



Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Real estate industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.



Skills and Competencies

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.



Education and Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Sales management or leadership certification is a plus.
