Ensure collecting the customers' credit on its due, and control the Salesmen shortage
Tracking the sales team performance in the market through visits 3 times/weekly for each sales rep.
Following up the visits of retailers to ensure good services & business continuity.
Evaluate the achievement & performance of previous day through the DOR sales meeting.
Full support for the sales team to facilitate any circumstances influence on the business.
Ensure delivering the customers' needs in terms of delivery days & consumption.
Responsible for renewal all Modern trade contract yearly.
Generate required periodical statistical reports about the channel.
Monthly follow up on the MT. customers to achieve the contract target.
Ensure to generate the channel target & yearly growth.
Plan for Increasing the customer consumption by increase sales/ customer or branch.
Ensure the safety among all sales activities (Fleet , Maintenance & daily Actions ,etc...)
Responsible for setting the vacation plan of the team
Responsible for collecting the pre-orders on daily basis from the market.
Accompany salesmen to the market through "Gate 2 Gate" visits to coach as well as give "on the job" training to the salesmen.
