As an Orkin Sales Supervisor, you’ll lead and support a team of Sales Inspectors while helping homeowners gain genuine peace of mind through trusted protection backed by over 120 years of expertise, the Orkin Guarantee, and a brand customers already trust. You’ll provide day-to-day coaching, help develop talent, and partner with branch leadership to grow sales the right way.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Inspectors to achieve branch sales goals
-
Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve inspection quality, customer experience, and close rates
-
Support pipeline management: lead assignment, follow-up expectations, and activity tracking

Monitor performance metrics, deliver feedback, and run team huddles to keep goals and standards clear

Partner with branch leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and training to build and retain top sales talent

Ensure your team represents Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity every step of the way

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Prior experience in outside/field sales required; previous coaching or leadership experience strongly preferred

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
-
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. during ride-alongs/field support as needed

Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., during ride-alongs and field coaching as needed

Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator, as needed
