Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor (Male) to join our team at Blesso Cosmetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing sales operations in the North region (Peshawar and surrounding areas), ensuring achievement of sales targets, monitoring sales staff performance, maintaining distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding market coverage.

• Supervise daily sales activities of sales representatives and field staff.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand in assigned territory.
• Visit distributors, retailers, and key accounts regularly to strengthen business relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Train, guide, and motivate sales team members to improve productivity.
• Ensure proper stock availability and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Resolve customer complaints and market issues promptly.
• Implement company sales policies and promotional campaigns in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand sales network in Rawalpindi North region.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
