Field Medical Representative Medical Surgical Disposables | Peshawar, Pakistan | Full-Time

PKR 33,000/month fixed + sales incentives + bonuses

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Medical Representative to cover assigned hospitals across Peshawar. You will promote our surgical Disposables/Disinfectant to doctors and hospital staff, generate orders, and maintain accurate field data — all while meeting monthly territory targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit all assigned hospitals daily across the Peshawar territory.

• Build relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and procurement staff to drive orders.

• Achieve 10 active hospital accounts by Month 1 and 15 by Month 2.

• Pursue government tender approvals to earn tender-based incentives.

• Maintain 100% complete doctor records: contact details, specialization, clinic schedule, patient volume, and visit outcomes.

• Submit daily GPS-verified visit logs and field reports.

• Monitor competitor products and pricing within the territory.

• Follow fixed pricing policy strictly — no discounts or negotiations permitted.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: PKR 20,000/month

• Hospital Duty Allowance: PKR 13,000/month (GPS-verified)

• Sales Incentive: 5% on PKR 200K–400K sales; 7% on PKR 400K–700K per hospital

• Government Tender Incentive: 2% of tender value on payment realization

• Data Quality Bonus: PKR 2,000/month for 100% data completeness

Requirements

• Bachelor's in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any field (BA graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply

• 1–2 years in pharmaceutical sales or medical detailing preferred; motivated freshers welcome.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage healthcare professionals.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Familiarity with Peshawar hospitals is a strong advantage.

• Basic computer and mobile reporting skills.
