Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales supervision, and the ability to drive team performance. Experience in the textile industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Coordinate daily sales activities and monitor team performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales representatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or similar leadership role.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a field sales team is required.
• Experience in the textile industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
