Key Responsibilities:

Convert inquiries into course registrations through effective communication and persuasion.

Assist potential students and parents in understanding Digital School by Berlitz’s programs, pricing, and enrollment procedures.

Monitor team performance, track progress toward targets, and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Support in the execution of business strategy by cascading goals, tracking outcomes, and proactively addressing challenges.

Motivate and inspire the sales team to stay enthusiastic, focused, and committed to achieving individual and team goals.

Deliver regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to enhance team capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.

Supervise and manage team performance, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to students and parents at every touchpoint.

Generate timely and accurate reports on enrollment trends, sales performance, and operational updates.

Resolve client concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Tackle any issues faced by team members and provide practical support or solutions.

Build and maintain partnerships within the education sector to support business growth.

Manage all correspondence with professionalism and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.

Uphold Digital School by Berlitz’s communication standards in both verbal and written interactions.
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Leading Sales teams, preferably in an Educational or Service-Oriented environment.

Call Center background is preferred

Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong sales negotiation and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
