The Sales Supervisor – Food Service / HORECA is responsible for driving and managing sales growth within the Food Service channels. This role ensures the achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targets through effective team management, account development, and market execution aligned with the company’s strategic goals in the FMCG/dairy sector.


Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets for Foodservice channel
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and decision-makers in the food service industry.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals within company guidelines.

Account Management & Execution

  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and brand compliance
  • Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular market visits to evaluate distribution, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
  • Train and develop sales representatives in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions for improvement.

Market Intelligence

  • Analyze sales trends, pricing, and competitor movements within the food service and institutional sectors.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management to support strategic decisions.
