We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Supervisor for the Hair department. As part of our dynamic organization in Jeddah, you'll work in an onsite environment, leading and motivating a team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within premium business segments.
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily sales operations within the Hair department.

Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives.

Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to enhance productivity and performance.

Analyze market trends, identify key opportunities, and implement effective strategies to expand market share.

Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Must have requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the premium or high-value segment.

Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
