Job Description
Sales Execution & Target Achievement

Ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets through daily activity monitoring.

Implement company sales strategies and suggest improvements based on field experience.

Analyze pipeline data to identify risks and opportunities for target achievement.
Client Relationship Management
-
Oversee the team's management ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
-
Resolve escalated client issues to preserve important relationships.
-
Represent Nawah at industry events to support business development.
Contract Negotiation & Account Growth
-
Review and coordinate with the management to approve significant client agreements and pricing proposals.
-
Guide the team in developing account growth strategies for key clients.

Standardize best practices for contract negotiations across the team.
Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting

Gather and communicate market trends and competitor activities, sharing key insights with the marketing team to support marketing tactics and campaigns.

Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting team achievements and challenges.

Share actionable insights with management for decision-making.
Team Supervision & Development
-
Conduct weekly meeting and coaching sessions to improve individual and team performance.

Follow up training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
-
Participate in hiring decisions and onboard new sales team members.

Motivate the team through recognition and constructive feedback.

Resolve conflicts and foster collaborative problem-solving.
Job Requirements
Must-have
-
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Biotechnology, Science, Agriculture, Pharmacy or a related scientific field.

+5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
-
2:3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role in a Pharmaceutical, Scientific research or Biotechnology Research.
-
Proven record ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal form.

Hands on experience with MS Office.

Excellent command of both written and spoken in English.
Nice To Have

Sales Training, workshop attendance, graduation projects, conference attendance/presentation.

Knowledge of scientific terminology, lab operations, or research workflows.

Familiarity with data collection methods, statistical analysis.

Familiarity with using CRM systems.
