We are hiring: E-Channel Supervisor

Role Summary

The E-Channel Supervisor will oversee digital sales channels, including online platforms and aggregators, to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and enhance customer experience across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online sales channels and aggregator partnerships.

• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and conversion rates across digital platforms.

• Coordinate with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance digital journeys and campaigns.

• Ensure alignment with business targets and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with digital partners and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online channel management.

• Experience managing aggregator platforms and digital partnerships is preferred.

• Strong understanding of the KSA market and regulatory environment.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
