Managing customer databases and sales records.

Preparing sales reports and maintaining sales documentation.

Handling customer inquiries and providing support to both the sales team and customers.

Communication:

Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (Management and Accounts).

Ensuring effective communication between customers and sales personnel.

Assisting with follow-up emails and calls for leads and existing clients.

Product Knowledge:

Understanding the company’s products or services to assist with pricing, product inquiries, and order processing.

Providing product information to customers and supporting the sales team in making informed sales decisions.

Sales Tools and Resources:

Maintaining and updating CRM systems and other sales tools.

Generating reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

Customer Relationship Management:

Managing relationships with existing customers to help drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

Supporting the sales team in managing and nurturing leads and prospects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD200.000 per month
