Job Description:

Cairo, Egypt - hybrid

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll provide essential daily admin support to our EEA Sales teams, helping drive success across both Individual and Employer Sponsored Scheme customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and prioritise incoming emails, ensuring accurate categorisation and timely responses across teams and stakeholders
  • Provide daily admin support to ESS and Indi Retention teams
  • Manage diaries and coordinate tasks to meet strict 24-48-hour turnaround targets
  • Maintain accurate records via SWAN, CRM, and other systems
  • Handle policy updates, refunds, balance transfers, and client record creation
  • Produce MI and claims reports for Group
  • Ensure flexibility during team changes and take ownership of personal development
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and MS Teams
  • Learn and document processes and systems to support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Good organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Good written communication, a high level of assertiveness and an excellent telephone manner
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • French language or any other foreign language will be a plus
  • Experience of the healthcare market or Financial Services
  • To have a good geographical knowledge, an understanding of differing cultural drivers and an appreciation of differing time zones
