Location: National Police Foundation, PWD, Islamabad
Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month (based on experience & performance)

We are a fast-growing international customer service and sales organization, serving clients in the USA, UK, and Australia. If you have proven call center experience, fluent English, and a passion for sales and service excellence, we want you on our team.

Position Overview

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to chats and emails, assist with inquiries, provide accurate product/service information, resolve issues, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to/from customers in the USA, UK, and Australia
• Provide excellent service while achieving sales and support targets
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes
• Keep a positive and professional tone at all times

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Proven call center experience in sales or support (international preferred)
• Fluent English (verbal & written) and confident speaking for extended periods
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Residents of the following areas will be given preference:

Pakistan Town, Korang Town, Soan Gardens, Media Town, Bahria Town (Rawalpindi), Lohi Bher, Model Town Humak

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
