Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Support Analyst to support our Sales Performance Department. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on data entry, report generation, and reporting accuracy to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain sales and performance data.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal data tracking systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting and data alignment.
• Support the sales leadership team with ad hoc data and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or sales support roles.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines reliably.
