Job Overview:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our brokerage team by providing essential assistance to customers, managing data, and optimizing sales processes. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting customer orders, offering guidance to the brokerage team, monitoring performance indicators, and maintaining records of crucial data. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing sales tracking tools, reviewing pending orders, and suggesting improvements to enhance customer service and sales efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Provide data and guides to help the Brokerage team
• Develop and monitor performance indicators , Checking insurance for carriers and shipper
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Keep record of data
• Stay up-to-date with new emails and data.
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Suggest sales process improvements

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
